These are some of the most commonly asked questions related to our affiliate program:
How long does it take to be approved?
Typically within 24 hours, if there will be a delay we will email you to let you know of such.
How do I access my Affiliate account?
Login then click on the Account tab (the icon that resembles a head and shoulders) at the top of the page. Links to your affiliate information are found under the heading Referral Program.
When and how do I get paid?
When: Commissions are paid out weekly provided you have a minimum of $5 in earnings, if not they will continue to carry over from week to week until you do.
How: Commissions are paid by Gift Certificate that can be redeemed in our online store or by PayPal.
To set your payment type login to your Affiliate account (instructions on how to do so are listed in previous question) click the link that reads Orders and Payments. To make changes click the Edit button at the top of the page. By default this will be set to Gift Certificate until you change it and provide a PayPal address.
Do I get paid on my own orders?
No, this would result in double commissions being paid if you were referred by someone they are already earning the referral commission.
Do I earn on sale items or specials?
Yes
Do I earn from Facebook Live Shows that I share?
No, when you share a live show the link does not contain your affiliate id. We at times offer specials during the shows specifically for those that use the Facebook share feature.
Do I get paid for repeat orders from my referrals?
We use cookies to track your referrals so as long as they use the same device on future orders. If they clear the cookies on that device or log in from a new or different device they will need to use your personal link again.
How do I see how much I have earned?
Login then click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page or you can click on the Our Affiliate Program link found under Information in the menu.
Can I change my personal referral link?
No. Once assigned changing the url would cause you to lose commissions both pending and future from those that have bookmarked your original link.
Do I get paid from my referrals referrals? How many levels do I earn on?
No. This is a simple one level affiliate or referral program. This is not multi-level marketing you don't need to sponsor anyone or build a downline.
What is your spam policy?
DON'T DO IT. We have a very strict NO-TOLERANCE POLICY against spam in any manner. Your account will be terminated, you will forfeit all pending and future commissions. You will be liable for all expenses related to us having to resolve any issues caused by your use of SPAM.
