Shipping:
All orders placed on the Cedar Hollow Farm website are shipped USPS unless the item is noted otherwise. We use First Class Mail for small packages under 16 ounces and Priority Flat Rate boxes whenever possible for larger shipments. Once we package your order for shipment you will receive a tracking number for your package which will be emailed or posted to your account for you to view when logging into your account.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payments being received Monday - Friday. For orders that are received on weekends or holidays the order will ship on the next business day.
NOTE: At this time we ship within the USA ONLY .
Returns:
If you received an order that was damaged in shipment contact your local post office as soon as possible to file a claim. The USPS pays the claim directly to the customer/buyer.
All sales are final. Returns not accepted.
